A reminder that donations through Rotary accounts can be made to

The Rotary Club of Manningham has approved an initial donation of $5000 to this appeal.
If any member would find tax deductibility an advantage, donations through Rotary may be made via cheque made payable to:
'RAWCS ShelterBox' and sent to ShelterBox Australia at PO Box 790, Endeavour Hills 3802.

Support for Salvation Army
Apart from financial assistance our Club has sought information and feedback on ways we can help the Salvation Army who are connected with all of the affected communities. . We have offered our services, in volunteer work, the Club BBQ trailer, household items, furniture (limited) and follow up clothing needs and food supplies. We are eager to hear of other ways our members can provide practical support.
RCM Community Service Committee
Our Community Service / Rural Relief RCM Community Service Chairman Anthony Fernandez is arranging a Community Service committee meeting shortly so members can discuss and commence other initiatives for relief to the bushfire victims.

D9810 Disaster Relief
The District 9810 Disaster Relief Chairman Geoff Roberts will be coordinating relief plans and we will hear from Geoff regarding this as plans develop.

Fund Raising Dinner
Arrangements have commenced where RCM will host a Fire Relief - Fundraising Dinner at Monty Carlo Restaurant, Jackson Court, Doncaster, in mid May.
Jeffrey Tan has offered to arrange the donation of all food and Rotarian Michael Mimmo from Cassavini is donating drinks and the venue.
We also intend to invite all Rotarians and friends in our community to support this event.te.

Kira and Paul have been involved on the front line from Day 1. Members express their support for the work undertaken under most difficult circumstances.
Call Centre (Richmond) set up to assist Red Cross
A number of RCM rotarians assisted to take calls at Stellar Call Centre Richmond between Tuesday 10 and Monday 17 February - a project of the RC of Waverley.
